My reliance home comfort water tank rental and furnace rental were both cancelled on october 10th, yet I had paid in advance for the remainder of the year. Reliance still billed me for january to march for these pieces of equipment for a total of $170.22! Yet they owe me a refund for most of october, november and december! So I tried to have my local HVAC business (Wardlaw heating and cooling) who replaced the units contact them, which they had reliance stop billing me for future payments but my bill of $170.22 still exists with now a late payment of $5.10 and a ridiculous 'inspection and account closure fee' of $40.00. Currently my account has an outstanding invoice of $175.32, all the while they owe me a refund! My account number is 006 795 771 3126 438.
