I found out that Vancot Trust who is the owner of couple of units in Mountain View Village fall part of your group.
I have a serious problem with the people that work there, specially Kattie Nagiah, she is not professional in her work at all and give clients like myself false information.
I moved out of one of your units and the debit order for Aug rent went through, now I am struggling to get my money back plus the deposit, She tells me this was done, then Tamsyn Odendal tells me another story, this according to me is just a tactic to keep my money longer so that you can get interest from it or I do not know why this is held back.
When I followed up today if the refund was made I got a messaged that Kattie is off sick and I must wait until she gets better and return to work, Is she the only person that can authorize payments?
This is utterly unexceptionable as I had to pay deposit, rent on my new home and the old place (which the lease expired), with what must I buy food to feed my wife?
Please get this sorted before this matter goes to court.
