I have now reached a point of utter frustration at your staffs incompetence in handling the matter of my Clicks Card payments Firstly, when your relationship with Clicks was ended, I had a problem making my payment and was told that Clicks had closed the account which was not my problem but your responsibility to inform me correctly of this fact and furnish me with an account number to make my payments to. Secondly, after much fighting (4 contacts from myself to your teams) and numerous attempts to load the account details I was been given by your collections staff without success, I was given account number 50460135715 with reference 2930 to use. The account number was eventually accepted as a beneficiary on my account. I have since made 2 payments into this account and surprisingly, to my dismay you still haven't posted these payments. Given that your records reflect that i am 3 payments in arrears my itc record will be affected. I expect you to correct this immediately!!
