I contacted FNB for and enquiry on my account, no one could assist me and they kept giving me different contact number to call. 0875774000,0875779271,0860102970 where the numbers that I was given to call.
The worst experience ever was getting through to Roger Kroger 0875779271 at 11:37am on the 30/12 who indicated that he works for cbs credit Pretoria branch. He stated that for me to get assistance I need to go to the branch where I opened the account regardless of the fact that I might have moved province. He was very rude, arrogant and dismissive, he didn't even bother to listen to the nature of my query, what I need assistance or even authenticate me to check if I am an account holder.
Question is, what is the telephonic service for if I cannot get the assistance I need and what does fnb what is the point of fnb making "how can we help you" their slogan if none of their consultants actually practice that? Roger also stated that if I move cities I need to move my branch as well, need I do this everytime I am temporarily out of the province so that fnb can assist and at what point do they advise of such because as far as I am concerned this was indicated when I open my acc
