I would like to bring to your attention that when I went to the Hatfield Gateway, Pretoria on the 11th August and was inadvertently informed that the eBucks Card method of payment, is not used specifically by their franchise or branch, as I qoute by Branch Manager "... EBucks has not been programmed to work on this shop and we do not accept the eBucks, as a method of payment..."
It is inappropriate and inconveniencing for me as a customer, as I have been paying using this card in any of the McDonalds Franchises throughout Gauteng. And on top of that, there's been an eBucks sticker on the shop. Please be so kind to respond to me as why will the payment method be selective to certain shops from the McDonalds management.
