I ordered the Aquamaze unit, installed it, and after a couple of months, it failed and flooded my bathroom, causing damage to the floor and subfloor in both the bathroom and adjoining hallway.
I contacted Dewayne Tennent and explained the situation. He promised that another unit would be sent out and asked for the old unit back. I told him I'd send it when the new one came in so that I could return it in that box.
However, I never received the unit and have reached out many times with no reply. I am being ignored and would not trust this business to do the right thing by their customers. Dewayne Tennent even admitted that the unit we were sold may have been faulty. Perhaps he would only respond to a lawsuit for damages to my property!
