I went to purchse minutes online and tracfone double charged me. Which occured an overdraft in my account. Now they don't want to pay me bak the 2nd purchase or pay the overdraft charge was on phone with them for 4 hrs they were like hold on be back in 2 minutes and kept saying I need to speak with my supervisor. When I spoke to a SUPERVISOR he did the same. Anyone know what routes to go with this matter? Thanks
