I rented an oxygenator machine for our travelling daughter. She is suffering from lung cancer and desperately needed a properly functioning oxygen machine.
She experienced extreme problems with the constantly malfunctioning machine. Delta Airlines recommended the Oxygen To Go for renting the needed equipment. However, I am extremely bothered that my effort to contact the company representative did not warrant the courtesy of a response. My daughter's health began to deteriorate on the return trip and she has not returned to her former health.
Surely a life-an-death issue should warrant a properly working machine. And, if a problem occurs, couldn't they at least "pretend to care"!!!
