Promises to deliver not adhered to!
Credit card incorrectly debited!
Promises that I had 21 days to return the product if I was not satisfied!
I questioned all the clauses on the back of the invoice and was told: Not to worry", there would not be a problem!
Well there is a problem!
The machine broke down after 8 days!
This was the final straw and when I asked them to come and take it away, I was told they did not do refunds after 5 days!!!
They wanted to replace it.
It was confirmed by their Director Mike Russon, that I could NOT get my R13 000.00 back.
A lot of money for something I do not want!
I am requesting assistance from the Consumer Council.
So people, beware of this miracle machine which works so well that you are supposed to stop all your medications! When I asked, when should I stop my tablets, I was told "no don't stop". But the promise was that you save so much on medication, you can afford to pay for the machine
