I have asked our Interbank department to search for the funds and they advised me that we do not have any funds relating to your transfer in our suspense account.
They advised that when the recall was done, we were advised by FNB that the owner of the account did not provide us with authority to debit the account. This means that the funds were successfully processed to account number 54549006318 and that you will need to contact 011 369 2800 to have them return the funds to you.
The above info is from my bank Capitec but FNB does doen not give me answers. This is the 3rd week now but I am being sent from pillar to post.
