Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Yonela Mashalaba, I am reporting an account number 2301763 that is apperently registered under your bank. It poses as Wits University online and as a result has taken several students registration fees apperently for years now because I also saw coplaints on it on Hello Peter dating from 2013.
This account is apperently a home loan account not under any copany. My girl friend Nozipho Madlala who is a Wits student was assumebly by the same account number yesterday the 11/02 at 15H42 when she attepted to pay her registration fee online. She attempted to call standard bank and was told that she will not be able to be assisted because she is not a standard banka account holder and that a Standard Bank account holder must ake contact, hence I called the departent to take this further.
I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Sifiso in this department, who suggested that I draft an amail stating my issue. We would like to be assisted with a way fowared regarding this matter, as from my understanding that this matter has been reported before. I want to know why this account is still operating under a bank that should have systems
