I called FNB, having a query on my account. I have an overdraft and i was asking if there is a way to separate my own balance and the overdraft, i had questions that she was not interested in, all she was doing was shouting and telling me about her system without listening to what my concern is, i felt this was a horrible service and i ended up saying good buy without any help. I also wanted to suggest that y can fnb design a new transnational sms to show a detailed balance, because that total available balance is crippling the clients' finances. The fact that one sees they have money on their accounts then they over spend then u take us to credit berue. I think fnb should take part in rehabilitating people who are in dept and have financial problems because of this over daft that appears in your daily expenses acc. We want financial help but controlled financial help.
