On the 3rd of July i tried to purchase electricity once again and guess what the exact same thing happened as the last complain their was an error code 99051 but this time i have proof and a print out of the error that occured and my account was debited but this time there was no voucher something really wrong with purchasing prepaid electricity. Same different day. What are you going to say this time it took you 26 days to respond to my first complain as per the below message. Well i guess client is always wrong. Been with you guys for 19 years

They are unable to detect the errors you encountered as screenshots of the errors were not captured and provided to accompany the reporting of the issue.
