I instructed two sources to obtain an unabridged birth certificate, one of which was QLine.
I obtained the certificate through the other source within 24 hours and QLine refuses to give me a refund although Yvonne knows that she did not get the certificate for me. The other source kept me informed with several phone calls during the 24 hours to update me on the progress. I had no contact whatsoever from Yvonne.
It is sad that there are businesses out there unwilling to be honest.
